EDMOND — A 6-year-old boy who drowned at Arcadia Lake on Thursday night was the first drowning victim of the season at the lake, police said.
The boy's name was Ryan Graves, according to boy's father on the 14-minute 911 tape.
The victim's father, Tom Graves, was near the beach at Edmond Park with six children ranging in ages of 5 to 14 about 9 p.m.
