What do you think makes a burger spectacular? The meat? The Fix'ens?

This month we are talking about Hamburgers! Where do you go when you have a hankering for a large perfectly cooked slab of ground beef? I’m not talking about McD’s or or Burger Barn places, I’m talking small diners with hand shaped meats and burgers piled higher then you can open your mouth. Juicy, crispy and all of the above. Let us know.
