Sooner Road Will Close Overnight for Waterline Construction Monday July 12

Sooner Road from Danforth to Covell will be closed from 8 p.m. Monday until 6 a.m. Tuesday for the construction of a waterline.

The closure will be just south of Covell on the north side and just north of Shiloh Valley Road on the south side.

The 18” waterline construction is part of the Edmond Public Works Authority Waterline project. The total cost is $553,403.00.

Residents are encouraged to find alternate travel routes as there are no formal detour routes set.
